    CHANDLAR

R&B singer Chandlar came to Quarter Management as a Songwriter. The company quickly discovered he had so much more to offer.  In 2007, we signed Chandlar to Q25Music Group as our flagship Artist and produced his project "Finally Got My Swagga Back" with the release of his first single, titled "Never Thought".  The single played on stations across the country and reached the Music Choice R&B Soul charts at #23, receiving approximately 20 or more spins a week. "Never Thought" stayed on the charts for several weeks. The record received great reviews from Singersroom.com, Soultracks, and was featured in The Hip Hop Weekly Magazine Top 5 Record Breaker Picks. Chandlar was the 1st R&B Artist to be featured on BET's "Spit Your Game" aired on Rap City.  The single was supported by Dj's from East to West Coast and Internationally on BBC radio.

Q25Music Group  produced and released the music video for "Never Thought" in 2010. Chandlar  performed nationally at the 2009 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game in Phoenix Arizona, The Heineken Red Star Soul Music Tour,  BET Soundstage, and The International Soul Music Summit to name a few.  Chandlar has opened for acts such as Jaheim, R-Kelly, and Missy Elliot.  He's also performed at BAM cafe, New York SOB's, The Village Under Ground, Ashford & Simpson's "Sugar Bar", and BET's 106 & Park.

   Sterling Simms

At age 15, Sterling was discovered by Quarter Management while performing in a radio contest sponsored by Boys II Men and local radio station Power 99.  After establishing a working relationship, Quarter Management partnered with Sterling's mother as his manager. In addition to singing, Sterling also performed in the Rainbow Company Theater, landing lead role as Cab Calloway in "The Dinah Washington Story". With much persistence, Quarter Management was able to secure a meeting with  Super Star Producer Rodney Jerkins. Mr. Jerkins expressed interest in Sterling, however he was committed to finishing other projects. Quarter Management also reached out to Dallas Austin's Producers, at the time KP & Spec who liked what they heard and offered Sterling a production deal. This opportunity required Terrance Hannah on behalf of Quarter Management and Sterling's family to relocate to Atlanta, Ga. and we did. However, once in Atlanta Quarter Management was notified  by the Producers the production deal needed to be postponed due to unrelated issues. This gave Quarter Management time to network with other Producers, and develop Sterling into the Artist and Songwriter we in visioned.

Quarter Management met Producer Donnell Dixon, who would provide us with the beats to help develop Sterling's sound. Quarter Management would play his music for anyone who would listen. Everyone who heard Sterling's music often  compared Sterling to Usher. One day, while working at a local car wash not far from where we lived, Sterling met up & coming Producers Mr. Fiss & Diggi Doms. Collectively we had a musical chemistry, Terrance would get the beats, write the songs, and Sterling would record them. Not long after we negotiated a production opportunity to sign to The MidNight Mauraders Street records.

We produced Sterling's first commercial recording from the project titled "Remember Me Now". The single was featured on The Hot Boyz (Pooch Man & Mikey Dredd) prime time radio show in Philadelphia on WUSL,  Power 99 as the "Home Town Jam".

Sterling  is currently signed to RCA / J records. He has written songs for other Artists, has had a recording deal with Def Jam records, a #1 record on the Billboard charts, a Soul Train Music award,  The Ashford & Simpson Songwriter award and is a 2012
"Grammy Nominated Artist."
